It’s new style of ‘nyumen’ noodle soup inspired from café menu.

Our ‘nyumen’ series has been popular

since it came into the market in the spring of 2010.

We made original ‘nyumen’ noodle soup like Western style or ethnic tastes

in addition to Japanese taste in order to provide more choices.

Our ‘nyumen’ has mild taste with the combination of soymilk,

mushrooms and vegetables to make maximize of noodle’s flavour.

located in southwest Japan.

It contains variety of vegetables, pork and fish with pork-bone soup.

This ‘nyumen’ noodle soup has mils soymilk flavour and smooth ‘soumen’ noodle.

It contains cabbages, carrots, corns, jelly-ear, and leeks.

You will enjoy the variety of colours with your eyes while eating.

The soup has the combination of soy milk’s mild flavour and rich taste from meats.

Direction

Put a pack of ‘nyumen’ noodle soup into a cup, and 160ml of pour boiled water onto the cup. Loosen noodles and enjoy.
